Our products do not contain harsh preservatives so we recommend using them up within 6 months of purchase. Opened products will remain stable up to one year, but using them at their freshest is always recommended.

Free of charge: order pickup every working day from 10:00 to 16:00 at Whieda Baltic office, Rītupes iela 43, Rīga, LV-1019.

For Omniva and Venipak parcel lockers:

• Using Omniva or Venipak services with prepayment.
• Delivery to parcel lockers or pickup points - 3 EUR.

Cash on delivery: Omniva or Venipak - delivery to pickup point - 3 EUR.

Additionally: courier delivery to the specified address - 7 EUR.

Delivery time is from 1 to 7 calendar days.

If the order weight exceeds 15 kg, additional delivery charges may apply. In this case, we will contact you in advance.

For shipments outside Latvia, please contact us in advance at info@whiedabaltic.eu. (Products are not shipped outside the Baltic States).

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
